I’m not based in London, so can you come to me?

We are based in central London, but can often travel to meet you in your chosen town, which will incur travel expenses.

I can’t afford designer outfits, can you still help me?

We love helping our clients get good value for money, whether they love the high street, designer labels, or a mixture of both! Let us know your budget and we will work around it. There is no pressure to buy anything on the spot, or at all.

I’m too embarrassed to let you see my wardrobe/s…

This is not an uncommon feeling, but it doesn’t last long. Our stylists are friendly and supportive, most certainly not judgemental. Once you get over that first hurdle, you’ll wonder why you didn’t ask us to come sooner!

I work 9-5, Mon-Fri, can you see me during the weekend or in the evening?

Absolutely! We are flexible about meeting you at weekends and evenings, as we understand it can be challenging to juggle work and family commitments.

Should I wear my most glamorous outfit to meet you?

This really isn’t necessary. Please wear what you usually wear to go shopping, so we can get to know you better. You’ll need a comfortable outfit that you can change in and out of for your personal shopping session.

How do your Gift Vouchers work?

Just let us know who it’s for and which service you’d like to purchase for them and we can go from there. We can send you the gift voucher to give to them or we can send it directly for you with a message of your choice.


Should you be unable to make your appointment, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the appointment time. If less than one week’s notice of cancellation is given, 100% of your total fee will be non-refundable, but we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at the earliest possible time. If more than one week’s notice is provided, your fee will be refunded, minus a £50 administrative fee.

Style Questionnaire

To get the most out of your time with us, please complete the style questionnaire as honestly as possible and send it back to us at least a week before your appointment. It would also be helpful if you could send a few recent photos of yourself (a selfie will do just fine). Any information you share will, of course, remain confidential. We use the information you send us to do a “pre-shop”, which is included in your package, to find outfits that might suit you ahead of our actual personal shopping trip and this saves a lot of time on the day.


In line with the new GDPR, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and we will never disclose any client information to a third party. All client details are for our use alone and are safely stored and password protected.
